Terms of service

Last updated 9 August 2026

These terms apply when you use Quotely, an independent quoting product built and operated by Minhaz. Creating an account means you accept them. If you use Quotely on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept them for it.

Your account

  • Give accurate details when you sign up and keep them current.
  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
  • Keep your password to yourself and report any unauthorised access.
  • You must be old enough to enter a contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not use Quotely to:

  • Send quotes that are fraudulent, deceptive, or misrepresent who you are.
  • Store data you have no right to hold, or use it in ways your customers did not agree to.
  • Break into, overload, scrape, or probe the service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or white-label the service without written permission.
  • Upload malware or anything unlawful.

Accounts that breach this section can be suspended, with notice where it is practical to give it.

Your content

Your price book, customers, templates, and quotes are yours. Quotely claims no ownership over them and uses them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy. You keep the right to export your data at any time.

Quotes are between you and your client

Quotely produces documents and hosts links; it is not a party to any agreement you form with a client. Prices, discounts, taxes, scope, and acceptance are your responsibility, including anything that goes wrong because of a pricing rule you configured. Check a quote before you send it.

Availability

Quotely aims for reliable uptime but does not promise an uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, and outages happen. Features may change, and features that are not working out may be removed with reasonable notice.

Fees

Where a paid plan applies, the price, billing period, and what it includes are shown before you subscribe. Price changes are announced before the renewal they affect. Fees already paid for a period in progress are not refunded on cancellation unless the law says otherwise.

Termination

You can close your account at any time. The operator may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or creates a risk to the service or its users. After closure your data is deleted on the schedule set out in the privacy policy, so export anything you want to keep first.

Disclaimer and liability

Quotely is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential damage, and total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes to these terms

These terms can be updated. The date at the top of this page changes when they do, and material changes are announced in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use Quotely after that means you accept the updated terms.
